Spring 2025
Spring is finally trying to make it’s appearance here in Michigan. It’s nice to see the grass turning green and the return of the birds. As everything is starting to grow and become lively again, so is the ministry of Great Lakes Seedline. After a typically slow beginning of the year in January, things are really starting to get busy for Kelly and I. We have already completed 9 projects this year and have seen almost 400,000 John/Romans flow through the minstry here. Praise the Lord!!!!
We have a lot of travel on our schedule for the next few months. We will be in several churches here in Michigan as well as churches in Ohio, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Please be in prayer for Kelly and I as we will be traveling many miles during these months. I am constantly aware of the fact that Satan hates the work that we are doing and will do anything in his power to destroy the Scripture that is assembled. I truly believe it is because of the prayers of God’s people for us as we travel that we have always been blessed with safety.
So far this year Bearing Precious Seed has sent Scripture to Kenya, St. Vincent, Papua New Guinea, Mexico, Trinidad, Australia, and Benin. It never gets old seeing pictures of containers being loaded with Scripture for the foreign field. We are currently working on John/Romans for Brazil, Mozambique, the Philippines, Croatia, and Scotland. Please pray we can get these assembled quickly and that they arrive safely at their destination.
I also want to update you about our new trailer situation. The trailer was ordered last week and should be ready for pick up in about 10 weeks. Thank you to the churches that sent in special offerings to assist with the purchase. Our church also took up a special offering during our missions conference in March to help with the cost. It will be such a blessing to the ministry when the new trailer arrives. Sometimes I just stand back in awe as the Lord continues to bless Great Lakes Seedline over and over again.
Thank you for your continued prayer and financial support for Kelly and I. It is an honor to partner with such incredible churches to reach the world with Gospel. We love you all and thank you again for everything you do for us.
