July 2025
Dear Friends,
It is a joy and privilege to be able to write to you from the North. The Lord has been blessing in many ways and we are thankful to be able to share with you a glimpse of what the Lord is doing here. You all are a great blessing to us and we pray that each of you are well and encouraged in the goodness of God.
Since our last prayer letter, the Lord has allowed us to safely travel many miles, both by road and by air. At the end of May, I was able to fly the floatplane up to Saskatchewan, Canada. The Lord blessed the trip with good weather and tailwinds all the way. It was a real blessing to have Pastor Dave Webster along for the three day, roughly 18 hour flight, North. Brother Webster pastors in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan where he has ministered for many years. He has also flown many thousands of hours all across the North. He offered to help with the ferry flight, and then to spend time this summer teaching me about northern bush flying operations while we use the airplane for ministry outreach into remote communities in this region. It has been encouraging to see the Lord bless and open doors. He even opened the door for us to use a very nice hangar facility for the airplane, free of charge, for the time we are here.
After about a week in Prince Albert, I returned to Alabama by commercial airline to get my family. A few days later, we set off in our van for the trip back up to Canada. The Lord blessed along the way and gave me numerous opportunities to preach and present our ministry. We would especially like to thank the Arbanna Baptist Church for partnering with us in prayer and financial support. During our travels, we had several excellent opportunities and divine appointments to share the Gospel. I was able to share the Gospel with Noah while on an airline flight. Later, Victoria spoke with Sana, a homeless lady who listened intently as Victoria witnessed to her. It was clear with both of these individuals that the Lord is working in their hearts. Thanks for praying for them!
We arrived back in Prince Albert in mid June and since then, we’ve been able to join in on various projects and ministry outreaches here. Pastor Webster and the folks of Prince Albert Baptist Church hosted a VBS and Gospel tent meeting here soon after our arrival. It was such a blessing to see the church family work together to make this meeting happen and it was a privilege to be a part of it. I put together a video ad for the tent meeting which we advertised here in Prince Albert for several days leading up to the meeting. The video was seen over 34,000 times here in Prince Albert, and more than 13,000 times past the 30 second mark, and several visitors came as a result. The
Lord blessed the meeting with His presence and a good turnout for both the VBS and
tent meeting. One man named Randy called on the Lord for salvation. Praise the Lord!
We were invited by another missionary family, Brother Karl and Cassie Galindez from
Porcupine Plane, SK, to help them with holding another tent meeting/VBS in Sandy Bay, a remote native community about 200 miles further north. We are preparing to do so at
the end of July. We would like to ask special prayer for this village leading up to those
meetings. There has never been a Gospel preaching church in Sandy Bay, and as is the
case with so many of these villages in the North, the needs are great.
There are quite a few forest fires to the North of us, and some of the remote
communities are evacuated or are on evacuation notice. Pastor Webster and I were
planning a flight up to visit Sandy Bay today, but had to cancel due to smokey, low visibility conditions. Instead, we flew to one of the local reservations where we were able to visit with Morgan, a lady who is saved but struggling to get over addictions. We would really appreciate your prayers for the people here, and that the
Lord will bless with good weather, safety, and open doors and hearts to the Gospel.
In His Service,
Paul & Victoria Bach + Lydia, Joyanna, Mary & Selah
